• By age 7, at a weight of about 52 lbs (23 kilograms) Varya could already easily carry her strongman father, who weighed abt 115 kgs.
  
• By age 8 Varya could lay flat in the air with her shoulders on one side and her ankles on the other side and she could support the weight of 4 children sitting on her body (about 220 lbs total / 105 kilograms)
  
• By the time Varya was aged 9, weight about 62 lbs (29 kilograms) Varya could hold her 140 lbs (65 kilogram) mother over her head easily.
  
• By age 9 Varya could also easily lift both her parents on her back using leg strength.
• At the age of 12 she could lift 9 times her body weight!!!
  
• She can juggle with round 82 lbs (39 kilogram) weights in each hand as easy as lifting tennis balls, she can grab hold of her father in wrestling and throw him through the air, in kick boxing she once accidentally kicked her father so hard he flew 3 feet back.
  
• She can lift kettlebell over her head with one arm so heavy man grown men would struggle to lift it off the ground.
  
• She can lie flat in the air between two chairs and support the weight of two large people.
  
• She can lift 82 lb. dumbbell with one pinkie (smallest finger).
  
• She can hold her mother over her head while her mother holds on to a barbell loaded with two 82 lb each kettlebells, total weight Varya Akulova can hold over her head is about 300 lb. (140 kilograms)
